Responsible Use

Clout Index is a People Insights System. It supports self-awareness, role alignment, team design, leadership growth, and development through structured insights for human-led talent decisions.

Human-led use

Clout Index provides behavioural insights and alignment signals to support structured human review. It does not make or automate hiring, promotion, termination, compensation, access, disciplinary, or other consequential decisions.

No sole-basis decisions

Platform outputs, scores, indexes, reports, summaries, and AI-assisted interpretations should not be used as the sole basis for any people decision. Use them alongside interviews, qualifications, work history, manager judgment, role context, and other relevant evidence.

AI-assisted interpretation

Where report interpretation is supported by AI, the feature is intended to summarize report content, explain behavioural patterns, identify areas to explore, and suggest discussion prompts. It is not a recommendation engine and should not be treated as a decision-maker.

Customer responsibilities

Organisations or individuals using Clout Index are responsible for complying with applicable employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws in their jurisdiction. Depending on local requirements, this may include providing notices to participants, establishing a lawful basis for processing, conducting bias audits or impact assessments, enabling human review of AI-assisted outputs, and maintaining appeal or grievance processes.

Participant transparency

Participants should be informed that their assessment and profile data may be used to generate behavioural insights, reports, and where enabled, AI-assisted report interpretations. Participants should also be told who can access their reports and how to raise data or privacy questions with their Organization or administrator.
